Tree Tomato, My Favourite

I don’t know why we bother with English translations: the tree tomato, the banana passion fruit, the soursop, the little orange (not to be confused with the mandarin, tangerine or satsuma) and the borojo (actually couldn’t find any translation for that one).

I’ve noticed in the evening, in restaurants, tables are littered with large glasses of colourful juices (often mixed with milk), and not just at the kids’ table. Apparently Colombians generally don’t drink alcohol with meals. Which does explain the price of wine…
